Luis Suarez leads Liverpool romp at Tottenham

Can we put Luis Suarez's name in with the Cristano Ronaldo's of the world?  It would be hard to find anyone playing better right now on the planet.  Sunday his talents were on display once again and Tottenham were the victim.

Liverpool started quickly and ran out 5-0 winners at a rainy White Hart Lane.    Luis Suarez got things started scoring in the 18th and Jordan Henderson made it 2-0 at the break.

Things got worse from there for Spurs as Paulinho was sent off for a Jackie Chan special karate moment in the 63rd.  Liverpool would poor it on from there scoring three more times before the final whistle.  Suarez got his league leading 17th of the season and then assisted on the other two.

The dominating win moves Liverpool to 2nd place in the EPL trailing Arsenal by only two points.  Tottenham continues to fall as they land in7th with a minus six differential.  Liverpool are unbeaten in five and look to throw their hat in as serious title contenders in the busy Holiday fixture list.
