Gennaro Gattuso's first goal in nearly three years was the unlikely winner as AC Milan slipped past rivals Juventus 1-0 Saturday in Serie A play.  With the win AC Milan solidifies their lead at the top of the Serie A while Juventus slipped further down.  It could have been worse tham 1-0 as AC Milan missed some wonderful chances.  Juventus, on the other hand, were unable to even manage a single shot on frame the entire match.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was denied in the opening five minute by a wonderful sliding save from Traore.  Buffon another Ibrahimovic shot just after halftime as the score remained tied.  Finally, the AC Milan breakthrough came in the 68th minute.  Ibrahimovic chested the ball down and when Juve failed to clear their lines, Gattuso latched onto the ball on the edge of the area and his left-foot shot slid under the arms of Buffon.  Juve showed little sign of life, even after going behind, and the closest they came to scoring was with a late scramble in the penalty area which did not lead to a shot on goal.
